I've noticed you haven't included a case.
Also if you want performance go with at least an A6 and slightly faster ram, but if you end up buying a graphics card go with an FX-6300 instead
If you're not overclocking then you can drop the CPU Cooler since the CPU you've chosen (and the A6, A8) comes with its own cooler. You can try posting to reddit's /r/buildapc for better help though
PSU I'd say go for a 500Watt one since it'll be good if you need to upgrade.

I will get a case later after finalising others and get a good budget one.
Cant afford the A6(for now) and this is the most i can spend on a RAM.
II had my doubts if A4 had cooler, but now thanks to you no doubt i will drop it now.
About the PSU,can you give me some help and advice on which is a good one?I dont want to lose my system to power surges.

I'm not too informed on PSU's, just make sure not to pick a really cheap one or one under 500W (350W may work for you but idk)

Silverstone is a pretty good manufacturer when it comes to PSUs. I suggest looking at reviews on PSUs (for the right case size, ATX is the big one and Mini ITX is the really small one)

Best option would be somethin in the 600-650watt 350 will prob not work also it would be better to go with 6-8gb ram

You don't need 600-650 watts for an A4 based system using the integrated graphics (which is way better than intel integrated btw)

I agree,Intel APUs compared to AMD's are not even in the same range,I dont understand why people think Intel is better.

RAM is cheap, ditch that 1333mhz, get something better if your mobo allows it
