New base construction

First off I'd just like to say I'm not to sure if this is the best or correct place to post this but it says its for help so heres my request/question etc.

For a while now I haven't been able to construct new bases.

I've heard that new base level one has be temporary disabled.
If this is true can someone please advise me just when will the new base construction process be switched back on.

I've tried using a few of my old base construction vessel and have even bought a
new one and been trying that.

Is there a fault somewhere my end.
I keep seeing which appear to be new level one bases popping up all over the place.
But to date am having no luck in building any off my own.

Before anyone says are you using the correct commands or collecting the correct amount of commodities.
I am following the base build guide but with no affect.
It keeps giving me an error massage and listing the correct amount of commodities which I am using.

Is the plug in on or off.
Am I at fault or is the base plug in off.

When will it be switched back on !!!!!!

My group has plans for launching a new faction/fleet but our plans are on hold until be can start construction.

You are positive you are using the new commodities and not the old ones right? Unless something has been disabled, and you have all that is required, it should work. They are making/made changes to the bases in the last few days though, so maybe it is because of that. I don't think it was announced that core 1's were going down.

Assuming everything is right, we once ran into a problem where it just wouldn't work for us. We did everything, it took it, but no base. Is it consuming your commodities or just throwing the error?

Throwing the error and consumes a random part of the commodities. It says that it doesn't have the required materials, when in fact it does. I have checked the shared accounts and no luck there too.

Maybe it is a higher power punishing the ZA for their past sins....

On a serious note, I've had the same problem and after trying for a few days just said screw it and gave up.
