My main character, Mephistoles, is an aggressive Bounty Hunter with a chip on his shoulder and a personal motivation in his work that is from and hangs around Liberty, but at the same time has little love for the authorities there. It's an enjoyable role.
I have often witnessed a player be signed up to several bounty boards and post the same kill(s) on different boards at the same time. The kills are of course valid for each place they're posted.
My question is on bounty etiquette. I'm only signed up to and claim on the Liberty government board, but there are others with overlapping targets I could potentially join. How do board operators feel about this? Is it no problem to post the same kill on several boards, or is considered somewhat taboo?

Claiming one kill on multiple boards is pretty much the only way to get a half-decent sum. If a board expects you to claim a kill only once, they better pay you twenty million a pop to compensate. I think most board owners would rather see you claim on other boards (:
Also, since you mentioned your character, I've rather enjoyed the few (verbal) clashes between Cerulean and Mephistoles.
I wonder though, if lets say there is a kill done by 2 people. Both of them freelancers working for a different Bounty Board and the kill wasn't with a name (lets say the target was killed with his own mine). Can both of the freelancers claim the kill on different bounty boards?
