... i will make any ship, of any type, that the community wants... i will start asking the ship class and faction... after that... i will start with 3 cockpit/bridge designs, then the ship will be built part by part by the community chosing from 3 options every part... then at the end we will raffle it.. half goes to me half goes to server donation ....

Sounds like you are about to waste a lot of effort.
You can use the same parts for different ships in order to make ship line. Look at the Outcast and Hessians limes made by Massdriver.
Also if you want to make ships there are a lot of people that would go for SRP unique ship, you can help them.

I say create whatever you want and submit it for intergration into a mod as sirius-wide civilian ship. This way everyone can use it and you have your creative freedom.
