Short Bio:
Tano was born on Trafalgar Base, in New London system. His grandfather was known Outcast pilot, as his father, but the second earned amnesty from the Bretonian regime after a classified mission. The exact story of the father is just partly known and strictly classified. At the end, he escaped/transfered to the Junkers, where he met Tano's mother, a Junker women.
Tano grew up on Trafalgar, but with the early construction of the JSS Napoli by his own father, they had the occasion to explore, even if partly, the Sirius.
Currently he runs the family business with moderate successes, commanding the owned ship. Through the years he was arrested only three times, after minor brawling issues and theft in New London.
He is usualy polite and friendly with House polices and armed forces, he showed talent in diplomacy, even if he has problems with the language, as learned archaic Italian instead common language after his father and grandfather.

After few weak of roaring business, which cause and nature is unknown, except the area of operation which was New Berlin, the crew of the Napoli managed to rebuild, and upgrade their flag ship singificantly, and so was built the new, salvager frigate class, Libeccio (The SW Wind) at Vieques Shipyard, in Puerto Rico. Soon after the ship was done, the crew of the ship applied for membership to the Junker Congress and was approved to do it.
