That is actually Doe Industries Spaceport.

Were you in a FL ID ship while spotting out the base? This seems to be a bug, becuase sometimes, the ID you have appears as the base name, while you see a PoB.

I don't think that it is ID. It's IFF you currently have

PRetty sure its IFF because I saw the IMG base in Omega 3 on my Hessian IFFed/Zoner ID'd fighter and it was showing as hessian

Yep, it's a weird bug that shows one's own IFF as the base name. That particular base is DSE)'s Doe Industries Space Port, so it should have the same rep as a fresh DSE restart.
