Would it be possible to post actual screenshots of the group's rep sheet? According to the Buro's registration thread, Voss) is "Neutral Unfriendly" to Liberty factions. If you intend to hunt them, you will need to be hostile.

If you read the Very First Thing on the page, it says it is a work in progress and will be being updated.
BHG ID and you're hostile to Liberty?
Since the official BHG has stepped down, you're open to be creative, however those are tricky waters to tread in.
