They say there is no gender-based discrimination in Liberty because women are allowed to take every post and have every job. But it doesn't mean they have same returns for same efforts as men do. Especially in the Navy. If you are a woman you can readily be piloting a support transport, but they don't treat you equal when it comes to serious stuff. Some women climb upwards the hard way, others prefer to be always on top. Practicality over sentiments, isn't it? Offering services for due reward. Liberty and foreign companies, traders and enterpreneurs of different sorts should be grateful to the Liberty Navy risking own lives to protect safety and stability in the Liberty space. And those who don't express their gratitude in an appropriate sum of money should be devoid of such protection.

Stiletto Allegiance is a shadow organization within the Liberty Navy consisting only of women. Command staff and Navy personnel, these women exhibit a practial view of life, frequienly utilizing Navy resources for personal gain. They utilize every opportunity to get what they want including extortion of bribes and protection money, leaking information about those who don't pay to pirates, roofing smuggling and shady business. Defying the laws of gravity, money streamlets flow from the bottom towards the top, filling pockets of the Stiletto Allegiance women. Some say the organization takes its spiritual roots in LPI, though Stiletto Allegiance women look down at donut eating due to fatness concerns.

With its quasi-lawful nature Stiletto Allegiance is using two identification cards. Risen from the ranks of the Liberty Navy, Stiletto Allegiance keeps its Liberty Navy face, actively fighting in defense of the Liberty territory from foreign invaders, protection against pirates, and offensive incursions into the enemy territory when it's deemed profitable.

However, Stiletto Allegiance has a more shady part hidden behind the mask of anonimity and discretion. From negotiations and dealings which must remain unknown and transportation of sensitive or illegal cargo to controlling of gambling and pleasure business enterprises, Stiletto Allegiance secret activities are conducted under cover of Freelancer identification and usage of code names in communications.

Rank System and Behavior

New women who join Stiletto Allegiance become Handmaidens and must prove their worth to the organization in order to be granted the Lady position. A Lady have power to have one Handmaiden, who assists the Lady in every way and follows her orders. Ladies who prove their abilities and are able to protect their Handmaidens rise to Matrons. Having a Lady and Handmaidens under her wing, a Matron command them on all accounts and takes the full responsibility before the Mistress if anything wrong happens.

Stiletto Allegiance women are more focused on achiving what they want with talking powers and beauty given to them, so they will always make sure to try to solve a problem in a civilized manner. In case of a direct threat, howewer, they never hesitate to use lethal force.

Being women doesn't mean having no order, so there is something every Stiletto Allegiance woman must take in concern:

- Never question the Mistress.
- If you are a Handmaiden, you can do whatever you want when your Lady doesn't see it, fights resulting in financial income are encouraged.
- If any woman under a Matron is in truble, the Matron will suffer, so you should think twice before you are misbehaving, because there is no place for mercy in the Mistress Mona's heart.
- When you become a Lady you must organize a banquet.

This seems like a neat idea and all, but I'm sorry to say that this doesn't even remotely sound like it should be a Liberty Navy ID'd group.

You rely on the perpetuation of gender discrimination and rigid gender role archetypes that do not exist intitutionally within Liberty inRP, as women are equally allowed to serve in all of the same roles as men within the Liberty Navy, and other facets of Libertonian government and corporate life inRP.

Your activities, and the gender selective nature of serving with the "Stiletto Allegiance" are not something that would be allowed by the Liberty Navy inRP, neither are they things that make sense for Navy ID'd players, or Navy Roleplay as a whole.

I mean of course you're free to pursue it as you see fit, but you might seriously consider rethinking a few things here. No offense.
