I really don't like it when people break our base laws. I absolutely hate it when I tell someone they're breaking our base laws, but they ignore my authority.

To the Outcast capitals; Monty, -=IGOR=-, kosko, Manollo:
You are all required to pay a fine of 30,000,000 credits each. Your vessels are not permitted on Rochester AT ALL. I'd prefer to see you outright banned, however other parties wish for a diplomatic solution over removing your docking rights. Once you've paid your fine, you are never to dock at Rochester or any other Junker base with those ships again. Send the cash to JM|-Bank#1

To the Rogue destroyers; Sanitar, s.Flint, Ghost.R:
Destroyer class vessels are only permitted to dock on Rochester if a fine has been paid. Therefore, since I caught you docking on our base illegally, you'll be required to pay a fine of 10,000,000 credits. If you wish to dock at Rochester with those ships again, you'll need to pay a monthly fee of 30,000,000 credits a month. Send cash to JM|-Bank#1

Failure to pay any of the above fines will result in your docking privileges removed. You have 24 hours.
