Sadly, the only way to get Optronics would be from either Cargo Liberation or donations from supporters. Either of those ways will not be in large quantities that you wish. Though I do feel that our Engine Components will meet your standards for your capital vessels and then some.

Currently, hessians're setting transports with enough diamonds to make a dragon... or maybe 2 small ones.
We hope that some of your pilots will be able to meet our transports withing Sigma-13 to help us with defence and navigation in Kusari.
