About /restart rephacks

Hey there. Been wondering if there is an ini. file or something to check how the exact rephack for /restart commands are.

The guide aerelm made doesn't have this for every restart, but probably the ones that were requested or something ...

Is there anything such ? Please help me out.

Every restart has its own file, but the factions are listed as their code. So to be able to understand it , you need the Ioncross txt file about factions ...
