S13 - trader: "I'LL NEVER PAY YOU" and dies.. then Zoner tagged/IDed BHG BC or dessie docks out of Yanagi and starts firing without a word... that's daily stuff around there

Gamma - "pvp anyone?"... or " what turrets should I get for my cruiser"

New York - bit of all.. but there are usually LN/Angels/Admins to tone it down a bit
Kappa and Delta= tons of caps shooting nomads

I took s13. New York indeed is the spawn so its no miracle how the system chat looks there. but s13 is turely evil. swarmed with ooRP BHG and OC caps and the occasional "2mil or die" corsair.

I've actually seen both NY and Gamma (yes, I'm there every once in awhile...) improve, so I'd have to say either Omicron Delta (like the FIST), or Sigma 13, as that's the main artery of ooRP power traders with BH BC revenge boats. Pardon my French.
