Unfortunately, there is not much I can do regarding these two individuals. Perhaps, jointly with Congress, there might be something that can be done, however I am doubtful.

My only suggestion is that you try to stay clear of these guys next time. Perhaps take an escort from a Junker vessel, in order to give yourself some protection from these two.
