Freelancer FPS problem

Okeyy i installed the game and runed from Discovery Launchpad and the game runs smooth in the beginning but when npc shows up fps drops down to 30 :/ . Any idea how to fix this ? It seems to be capped to 30 fps :/ and my v sync in ccc is turned off. :S i dont get it how to cap it to 60 ?

I cant get 60 fps it's capped to 30 with v sync on/off i tryed everything :S :S . anyone can help me please ?
Btw my spec are
AMD 7670m 1 gb
4gb ram
Dual core 2.4

While i was playing fps jumped from 30 to 60 like for 5-10 sec and after that it droped down to 30 again. Anybody ?

Never heard anyone have that problem. But, of course, you can try uninstalling both vanilla Freelancer and Discovery, and installing it again. That might work, not sure though.

Every time when i get close to the planet and i look at it fps drops any idea why ? :/ while i play i am experiencing random fps drops...
Reinstalled fl vanilla and discovery but it is the same,fps drops.
Also i installed AMD Catalyst™ 14.7 RC3 Driver. :/

Well maybe your video grhapics card is too strong for this game hehe
