It is with great pleasure that I am again able to address the 101st in regards to business and action. The Ghosts' aid in defensing our smuggling operations in the Sigma from those who pried at them was well-appreciated, and since your groups 'dissolution' I have eagerly awaited their return.

This equipment, a Large Cloak device I assume, is indeed available here at the Junkyard in Inverness -- the fruition of the construction operations that we were working on in the Sigmas as well. There are currently two vessels available which can stealthily make transport of such high-value goods to your requested destination.

However on that note, in regards to Valetta Shipyard, there has recently been some confusion among Outcast dockmasters and local patrols regarding the presence of Junker vessels -- I assume due to a lesser influence of strong leadership with your presence previously subsided. Now that the Ghosts are returning, we see an opportunity to promptly resolve this incertitude so that regular (and not so regular) business like this transaction can continue normally.

I will make ready my own ship, the Heavenly Stairway for the transport of said Large Cloak to Valetta Shipyard. Please alert any necessary docking masters or equipment vendors to make ready a docking bay, and upon my arrival we can discuss ample compensation for the device as well as the continued Junker transactions of production materials for the Maltese.

As I assumed my position as the administrator of the Ghosts, my first goal is getting Maltese nacion back on its feet. Many things have happened in the past that the administrators before me should have never let happen. However, what has been done cannot be undone - Instead, the future should be looked upon.

With that being said - Do not waste your time worrying about the dockmasters of Valetta, as I, or one of my highly trusted associates will oversee your arrival. Just make sure you contact me prior to arriving and I will ensure that everything goes smoothly. Then, we can indeed discuss the compensation and the future relations between Congress and the Ghosts.
