Huegenot Engine

I have noticed that several planets information cards state they sell Huegenot engines. I have not found them on any of these planets. Is there a special engine designed for Hueggies or are they a commodity you buy and sell? Two planets I remember are Gammu and Toledo. Both list Huegenot engines on info cards. I have visited both and not found any for sale.
