I am William Walker of Sirius Relief Organization. We are a non profit organization that provides relief goods and medical aid to areas which don't have access to it. We are planning a relief operation and would like to request to permission to provide such relief to Planet Leeds. We would like to know what are the requirements for us to do so if such permission was granted

Permission should be accessed through the BPA, I'm sure this would fall under their jurisdiction. However, you must remember that Planet Leeds is currently classified as a warzone. As such, it is my duty to advise you against going there, as you are, by default, civilians.

That said, if you insist upon continuing, and the Police Authority is happy to allow this, then I have a few rules to set in place.

1. You only enter the Leeds system through Manchester or Magellan. All other entrances to Leeds are strictly off limits, and any attempts to enter through them would be a criminal act, punishable by the courts or Bretonia.
   
2. Whilst within the Leeds system, you may only land at the Leeds Resistance site. Any usage of the Gallic controlled docking ring, or mooring fixture, is tantamount to treachery to the Crown of Bretonia.
   
3. Whilst on the ground, you follow the orders of Major General Ryan Williams. His word is final, and with the current fighting going on upon the planets surface, you must follow it, or be responsible to any injuries you may incur, up to and including, death due to crossfire.
   

I hope my requests are met with full compliance. War zones have no place for those not willing to follow orders. That's how you get men killed.

Good day,

Thank you for the response Miss O'Brian. I had already sent the communication to BPA Before but they had no response to my request for a more than a week already which led me to contact the BAF instead. Would you be so kind to forward my message to them? We are already making preparations for the Relief efforts for Planet Leeds. And regarding our operation there, we will follow the rules that you set for us. Would we need to contact Major General Ryan Williams as well? once our request is approved, would we require an escort from BAF/BPA? or Should we provide our own escort? I am hoping that we do not need both though. Again thank you for your advise on this.
