Honors, Kingdom of Gallia representatives.
We are Kyushu-Tomioka Alliance, the Samura Heavy Industries protectorate-company. We origin from Kyushu System and Nagano System (as farmers from both systems signed the Kyushu-Tomioka Cooperation Treaty) and our goal is to spread Kusari culture and Kyushu food. As we have seen your official bulletin, where Gallia is offering free trade after paying a fee, we are curious how does that work for the companies that are not as profitable as Samura Heavy Industries. Also, we are not aware what is current exchange between Sirian Credits and Gallic Franks.
We, however, are willing to extend our cultural influence, so the Gallic citizens (or more correctly, His Majesty the King of Gallia subjects) can taste food from Kyushu and Tomioka. We have agreed that trade in Gallia is not a problem for us, because Kyushu system is not too far from your Kingdom. Same for Nagano System, where Planet Tomioka is.
We are not sure however if neutral stance between us and Liberty and Bretonia will influence this decision about cooperation, but Samura does not seem to have any problems because of their active trade between Kusari and Liberty.
