Honorable Representatives.

I am making this report that Inspektor Markus Schmarn has fallen ill and will not be able to perform his duties until further notice. Therefore I will be filling in his boots until such changes. This also goes along with the change to Detektiv Laura Carsten will be under temporary establishment as Direktor of the Federal Polizei and its forces.

At this time I will be doing a full slate cleaning of our current Criminal Database, with the exception of well known High Profile criminals still at large.

With these changes we will relieving several regulations on craft usage due to the severity of current events, this however does not apply towards heavy craft of Gunship and Kruizer Classes.

New changes that will go into effect are deals in which the Federal Polizei currently hold. All current contracts will go into debate within the next 78 hours to determine if they are still applicable or are to be relieved in order to save Polizei funding. Currently on the cutting block is the shared officer program between Rheinland and Bretonia due to poor expectations in the project.

Finally we will be moving towards further co-operation with our Rheinwher counterparts and adapting a Zero-Tolerance Policy towards further actions of pilots not of Rhienland origin committing crimes, which may include: Hacking of Station Docking Systems, Outdated Fines, and so forth; Doing so will hopefully curb the new spike of crimes being acted upon within the past 48 hours.
