Guten Tag, guildmasters of Gas Miners Guild and fräulein Ishibashi. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektor of Rheinland Federal Polizei. Few days ago fräulein Ishibashi sent us report about smuggler in Rheinland space so I want to repay this favour. I´m sending this message to inform you about group of freelancers called UEC - United Exploratory Corps. Why is this important to you - at least part of this group consists of former members of GDE group, which I´m sure you know very well because was source of some...events on the border of Rheinland and GMG space. I feel you should know that some ex-guild workers are not only violating Rheinlad laws and attacking civilians, but mainly willing to work for Corsairs, which as far as I know are shared enemies of GMG and Rheinland. This took place in Omega-7, where they were willing to get hired by Corsairs to attack civilian station and mining ships. I know what relations between GMG and Kruger are...but I guess working for Corsairs is crossing the line even for you and you should consider if these people will be in future for example welcomed in your space. They aren´t in ours already.

Arigato for your report, Carsten-sama. GMG lost contact with GDE assest few weeks ago after destruction of GDE base in Frankfurt gate's perimeter. Their co-operation with Corsairs surprised me and I'm sure it will surprise Guild Master Katsuo-sama as well. However if I understand right, proof has been provided by Kruger Minerals... I must admit they are very smart... Obeying and enforcing Rheinland's law, while breaching Guild's law everyday, not only by their presence, but smuggling and pirating Guild's ships is normal in their eyes. But alright, we can't do much if they are okay in our space... However we will keep an eye on UCE.
