The Order Overwatch aka the High Command, extends invitation to recipients of this message. A time has come that we have to call in our allies and closest collaborators on various fronts Sirius wide for a war council on The Order territory. With recent developments, it is in our duty to answer for unprecedented Nomad sightings across all star systems known to man since Nomad War. To prepare for future crusades, we seek to consult recent developments and to assure finer flow of supplies to our battlegroups.

Place of a meeting will be at Jupiter military airbase, on surface of a world <REDACTED> in <REDACTED> star system of Omicron cluster. Your security and well-being is guaranteed by all might of our fleets. Feel free to bring armed escort as you deem necessary - accommodation will be provided at nearby New Toledo colony, adjacent to main spaceport. It would be wise to detail size of your party beforehand.

From side of The Order, you can expect our Grand Admiral himself to represent interests of the fleet and organisation as a whole - alongside commanding officer of our scout corps, “Wedjat” operatives and some of our brightest minds of Research and Development. Standing together will increase humanity’s chances of survival.

I must thank you for including us in this transmission. It's not often that we are called upon for such events, but increasingly so in recent days.

Now, the business at hand. I will gladly take up your offer. Those attending for the Solar Runners will be myself, five Guardians, and possibly our elected head Councilman, James Harper. He is still unsure, so that's a possibility, not a definite.

I will of course request more details before the chosen date, but detail is what I require of you, specifically what this is for, before arriving. From there, I can begin to make a decision on anything that may affect us.

This seems an important matter and as such I'll attend this meeting personally. Unfortunately, it currently appears unlikely for the Oberst of the Widerstand to join me. As for transportation your offer will be considered. With our relatively small fleet a secure convoy would leave our forces lacking in vessels during our absence.

I cannot yet tell the exact number of people I will bring with me, but in addition to a few armed guards I am also considering bringing some knowledgeable party members as advisers.

I'd like to quickly thank you for including us in this significant event. The Republics Logistics Division have worked closely with you in the past and we will always do our upmost to be of use to your cause and the well-being of Sirius against the alien threat.

Naturally, you can count on us making an appearance at this proposed Council. I will be there at the appointed time once you've decided that factor and I may bring along one or two of my close associates. I assume you have an agenda you wish to propose? I think for the sake of time and efficiency on all of our parts, that may be advisable so we can come to a secure conclusion on any tactics that may be used from then on.

As for the pick-up point, I have one or two secluded Omicron cluster systems marked on my Nav-Map due to earlier communication with Order affiliates. Though not to a great extent. Fortunate news has arrived. Alexander Fuchs, Oberst of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee, has returned to duty. He'll be accompanying me at the meeting. As he leads the VWA, the largest paramilitary force of the party, his input will no doubt be very valuable.

In conclusion, those attending for the VWA will be:
