I need to explain our last actions in Bretonia space.
Yesterday, our vessels spotted two Kruger assault ships in Omega-3. where our pilots engaged scanner systems and detected Blood Diamonds and a Hessian pilot, with whom we have some kind of cooperation. They were suspicious enough for us, so our forces followed them to Cambridge.

Is that contraband in Rheinland, right? Too strange to see Rheinland ships with cargo considered illegal in their own House?
We've tried to force them to drop the cargo, but they refused, and we've engaged them in hope to destroy law-violating cargo, even with their ships and their crew.

That's a blatant fact of strange Kruger business in Bretonia space. I suppose that you may investigate this.

That Blood Diamonds may be counted as contraband with Rheinland Space is of no consequence to us. They have their Laws and we have ours. As long as Kruger do not break our Laws, what they carry is their business, not ours. At this moment, in time, the Bretonian Government has not put these on the Restricted Goods List.

What we did find very disturbing in your report was your statement:

We are assuming that this was after you followed them from Omega 3 to Cambridge. Which ever one (1) of those two (2) Systems you engaged them in, is of non consequence, as both of them are under Bretonian Jurisdiction.

We do not care what Authority you may or may not carry in Rheinland, but we must make clear that any Neutral or Friendly Entities, whilst in Bretonian Space, can expect the full protection of Bretonia from all antagonists.

You are lucky that the Captains of these two (2) vessels have not pressed any charges or we would be investigating you.

We will leave you with this as a warning, if you want to act as Rheinland Law Enforcement Agency then keep it within the Borders of Rheinland.

We were very surprised, from the scans provided by them, that you appear to be Freelancers. Are the Law Enforcement Agencies of Rheinland now employing Freelancers?

Or is it that you are Mercenaries collecting Bounties? If it is this then we must warn you that you may not collect any Bounties on Neutral or Friendly Entities within the Borders of Bretonia without falling foul of the said Law.
