I've been meaning to get a bomber for my merc.

Which one is better for overall effectiveness? the BHG Bomber or the Taiidan?

I voted Taiidan

because I like it better...Bounty Hunter gear dosn't appeal to me, or perform very well at the end of the day for what I use a bomber for.

Taiidan is my choice.

Taiidan is not a generic bomber and shouldn't be treated as one.
It's a GMG bomber.
That means, Mercenaries should fly BHG one or Civi one, or some extraordinary one that fits your story.
In pure PVP effectiveness, Taiidan is better.

i agree with chopper. however, a point to note, the taiidan one is good in both 1v1s, and chase fights, but the BH bomber is excellent in 1v1s, but in chase fights, it gets hit alot. (it big, BUT, its very well balanced)

The infocard (and model) is gonna change next version. However, it's still bad practice to have a non GMG char use one without proper RP (GMG/IMG background?), cause it smells of pvp whoring. BHG bomber is a very good bomber as well, just need to get comfortable in it.
