Hello leaders of the Junkers Congress.

We are the Pegasus Pilgrims. We come from a galaxy far away, escaping sudden death from an enemy we barely saw. Our technology we used to get here is fried. and our fleet is in shambles at the moment. We came out of our jump randomly and landed here at Inverness... We need help to repair our vessels, we could use some food and water, and some sleep in comfortable bed. We don't really have anything to offer at this moment, but we are willing to workout a deal if you help us get back on our feet. We really hope that we can bring a strong friendship too the table here. We don't want to start making enemies here our first encounter and cant help but notice you guys seem to be well established.

Greetings Captain Sparrow,

Here John McAllister, congressman and Administrator of Forres project, the barely viable planet that you can see in Inverness system.
That's quite amazing that you were able to jump in Inverness itself and that you didnt get lost in space if your jump wasnt planed! You must be very lucky.

Of course, congress is always ready to help people in needs, we just ask them to respect our rules that are quite simple:

Follow Congressman "advise" when you are in Inverness or near a Junker base

Do not start a fight in Inverness or near a Junker base, and dont bring the fight in this locations if it started somewhere else

I am sure that you can accept those rules, do you?

In exchange, we offer you to dock at Invergordon space port to rest and fix your ships. An estimate of your population would be nice to prepare the station to welcome so many peoples. There are already a large population on it with refugees from leeds but this shouldnt be a problem if you arent to many.

Once your fleet is fixed and your people rested, we will workout a beneficial deal for both of us.

One last thing, i will ask you to not go near Forres planet for the moment, there are an operation on the planet at the moment to welcome a lot of people soon and we need to prepare it as soon as possible.
