The Hogosha syndicates, in their quest to protect the Kusari way of life and reputation, and during their efforts of expansion, have met many challenges that require a discreet but firm hand in control.
For this purpose, the Hogosha Association has pooled its resources and formed a contract board to deal with assertive actions against their opponents.
//OORP notice: the board is divided into a lawful and an unlawful side, with lawful parties only able to see their respective section. Hogosha can see both. All contractors can collect bounties as per their ID/ZoI regulations and the Bounty Rules. Contracted parties must have AT LEAST ONE of the following:
Green reputation towards the Hogosha
Red reputation towards Junkers (and neutral to Hogosha)
New hunters from unknown origins (freelancers, etc.) will be allowed on both boards if they show proof of green reputation to the Hogosha.
Pilots with only neutral reputation (and red to Junkers) will be added to the lawful board only, and have to work their way to the other sensitive contracts (3 confirmed kills).

Registered Mercenaries, Freelancers, and foreign organizations that have shown to be trustworthy in performing actions on the lawful section, can apply for an extension to the unlawful bounty section with the idea of getting their hands dirty (//check your id for zoi). Confidentiality about this bounties is expected, and the Hogosha Association will deny any acknowledgement of them
