Need some clarification on docking permissions

Hi. I used to use a Zoner Nephilim as Zoner IFF/ID before my old account got wiped. I've gotten a couple questions about docking permissions.

1. I can't dock in any house space except on Zoner bases. Does this mean I can't dock in The Order systems such as Omicron Mu? It's considered Nomad house space.

2. Can I dock pretty much anywhere in border worlds, independent space and edge worlds?

You cannot dock Zoner capital ships and transports with more than 3600 cargo in bolded systems, unless it is Zoner, GMG or IMG base.

Thank you, but Zoner battleships seem to have a different set of rules. So can I even dock on anything but Zoner in bold systems?

Battleship = Capital Ship.

...but you will need a very good reason to be in Liberty with a "foreign Capital Ship"

Fact is, they do not want Zoner-Caps within ANY house.

Actually, IMG and GMG bases are good only for big transports, Capitals can only dock in Zoner bases.

I'm well aware, although they usually tolerate Zoner Cap ships in borderworlds and The Order systems. That's why I usually stuck to Omicon Mu and other borderworlds.

You can actually dock a Whale/Neph on any base in Pennsylvania - it's not house space for docking rules, something many people overlook.
But yeah obviously Liberty is likely to take issue with that.
