I have encontered (with my fellow TMS and one DSE vessel) a problem yesterday.
Kamome is a mining/freighter ship, however, it cannot fill up other players (no matter if grouped, or not, same ID, whatever.) The Miner ID issue is out of question, because I was able to fill some ships as Hegemon (but I found that ship too fat for those operations). We were unable to fill up other ID players or even ourselves.
I have confimed with one Angel today that issue was kind of strange, because Kamome is a mining ship. But even regardless of the class of the ship, I should be able to fill up other players.
TL;DR info:
Ship: Kamome
ID: Miner ID
Issue: cannot fill other ships by target & mine
Kamome is Kusari Civilian Ship... I guess only Samura, Kishiro and GMG ID'ed players can use Kamome for mining.
Hegemon is Generic Civilian Ship, used almost everywhere.
Same goes for me... When I tried to mine Gold in Dublin with Molly ID and Gallic Mining Ship.

It's more about the fact we can't fill anyone. It's kinda strange (especially with Miner ID), because I could fill up other players with even Bumblebee. :| And Hegemon is kind of... OOC to mine gasses, like Helium in Penny - anyhow I don't moan about the fact we can't fill anyone, we just thought it as an issue.
Kamome - it does have 90% on Miner ID, has good Helium mine ratio and is a very nice mining/trading ship (kind of hybrid). The issue (we thought it is an issue, as another Angel pointed it out) is we just can't fill anyone with that, despite used ID.

I just hope it didn't point out that Miner ID shouldn't be able to not to use Kamome. They are very good looking ships for an independent miners. TMS isn't GMG, but either Samura or Kishiro don't have any Helium bonuses.
As for TMS, it was made newby-friendly to help them in their first steps to the roleplay, giving them opportunity to earn some money for the beginning as well. After very failed KTA, I made a faction that gives the golden middle between roleplaying and earning credits.
