After a few unexpected defeats in Edinburgh and Dublin, the Gallic Royal Navy is weaker than it used to be, but although the weight of the lost tonnage seems grand to the sparse forces of the Queen, it means almost nothing to the astounding armadas of Gallia. The beast might be hurt, but the wound only enraged it and made its resolve higher than it ever was. The reputation must be saved. The Royal Navy never loses, especially not to the rabble that inhabits Sirius. It will aim for the ultimate ending. It will aim for the heart. It will aim for New London.
Bretonia will not, however, repeat the mistake of Syracuse to abandon their posts so they can celebrate a few victories in a gloomy, far from decided, war. They will be waiting, ready, at planet New London. Once the Gauls pass Southampton, going straight for the throne, the Armed Forces will head forth to drive them away. The forces will meet in D5, in the middle of Planet New London - Southampton Shipyard trade lane.
But, the Armed Forces have underestimated the power of what has been boiling for a long time in the near Omegas. One by one, so they would be disregarded, Corsair warships entered Cambridge using the feebly known jump hole network, and slowly gathered at the Gaian Torshavn spaceport. They will strike Bretonia at its weakest, and they will strike it in the back, only for the sake of some fertile land so they could feed their children.
Will Bretonia's allies honour their bond this time as well? Or will they save their forces when they are needed most? Will the rightful monarch be pushed aside and Crete's children finally fed, or will the forces of justice and liberty win another victory, leaving young Cretans orphaned, only so they starve out and join their fathers soon after?
Standard server rules, except that those who were killed in New London may join again, but with a different ship.
It will be great if the Bretonian side doesn't block the jump hole, otherwise the Gauls will have to find a different entrance.
All factions with a reason to be there and a legit ZOI are allowed.
All ship classes are allowed.
Cloaks and all other equipment that is used according to the server rules is allowed.
Intentionally and repeatedly ramming other players' ships is not allowed.
If one side has too many ships, the other side may group together outside of the standard rules. For example, the Bretonians outnumber the Gauls two times, but if the Gauls grouped with the Corsairs despite being grouped with the Mollys, they can push the Bretonians back and let the Mollys and the Corsairs have their feudal brawls later.
Ganks are allowed. You were/will be ganked by the enemy before/later anyways. Just throw everything you've got at everything they've got. Of course, commanders may agree to fight fairly.
Don't be jerks to each other too much.
Note: Logging your Gallic/Molly/Gaian/Corsair characters first is encouraged.
Note: this event should have no important lore consequences. We don't want to delete Bretonia, or starve out Crete. It is one of those "madness" events, created just for fun. The event lore is created like that in order to attract more people. Thank you for thinking it is for real and coming with true crave for or fear of fight!

Fixed this.
Also, uhm can we kinda put the Corsairs out of this? I kinda wanted to reserve a slot for 3 Alliance Pilots (SASF) but then I saw the Corsairs part... It would realy cause confusion though. *Shrugs*
EDIT: You know when the Alliance would attack the GRN I'm sure the Corsairs wouldn't just watch.. We could kinda just go in battle until GRN is defeated and then go out.
How can we solve this without both sides relation getting hurt? Would it be possible that SASF and the Corsairs would just ignore each other and fight their high priority first? Would like to hear some of the official Corsair members speaking here.
The Farmers' Alliance? If you mean them, I don't think their zone of influence allows them to be there, but correct me if I'm wrong.
Anyways, it would be the best if we had 2 main sides. It might require some factions to temporarily disregard their small quarrels in order to squash a mutual enemy, but they will slaughter each other after it is done.
I was worried about diplomacy before the first event in Dublin, but everything took care of itself and turned out fine in the end.

Probably not, except if more people ask for it. Sorry.
