Date: 31st Saturday - - - Time: 20:00 GMT
Background -
The Secondary Fleet Core is giving up their prototype warship back to LSF, due to the difficulties they are having to maintain it. The commander of the said warship has sent a audio transmission to the LSF HC, and it was heard by the Rogues. Hearing that, the Rogues increase their patrol around places where the escort fleet might be coming from. All the Rogues know is they will be coming from California, but don't know when.
Roles -
Unlawfuls: Find the escort fleet, and intercept the prototype warship.
=LSF=: Protect the prototype warship at all costs.
Osiris: To flee from the strike group that the Rogues have sent.

Ships allowed -

To prevent this from being a on slaughter of capital ships, we will distribute points to each side, and they can form their fleet based on the points. Each side will have 75 points they can use, no more. With these 75 points, you are to build a fleet that is capable of taking out the LSF escort fleet and the Osiris.

Ships worth -

Battleships: 30 points
Battlecruisers: 25 points
Cruisers: 20 points
Gunboats: 15 points
Bombers: 10 points
Fighters/Others: 5 points

So be creative, and speak with each other on what the fleet should be.

Rules -

- If you leave the battle, you are disqualified.
- No REPAIR SHIPS.
- No cloaks, jumpdrives, or docking modules can be used.

Points -

=LSF= - 75 points available

Current Fleet: N/A

Unlawfuls - 70 points available

Current Fleet:

Connecticut.Cerulean. - Sabre

Wouldn't it be more logical for this to be LSF vs LH, with a handful of Rogues helping them out?

How can you be sure that LN/LSF/LPI who will be on convoy route won't engage to protect allied ships? Their actions would be tottally inRP and Rulewise..
And from the other hand: what about the same with unlawfuls?

=LSF= vs LR/PLR? So it's an "officials only" event?

EDIT: Just noticed the tiny little font on top of the page, my bad.

Events are special situations that require planning and discussion before hand so that things such as parties not already involved are kept out of the mix. That is why the event mechanic of the rules exists. The fact that you are asking this clearly means that you know not to disrupt the event because you will not be involved in the preplanned engagement (if you are one of the pilots added to the list of participants, then I wish you luck.) Most people who know about this event should understand this principle, for those that don't then sith happens.

I'm all for events, but if you want to limit this to two official factions then can you please do so outside of house space, or at least NY. Cheers!

Well, 3 official factions, and if you read carefully before posting, at the very top, I did say indies can join if the officials won't have enough members to fill up the spots. So I'm not sure what your complaint is.

This event is to boost activity of the said 3 official factions, and at the same time, progress some roleplay.

I did see that bit, I just thought it's a bit biased. In any case, if I'm around in NY then I'll certainly respect the decision.
