Junker scrapping got nerfed?

Just wondering, but I noticed it took longer for me to mine premium scrap.
Junkers got nerfed?

Yep. Junker mining bonus has been reduced.

ALG now has the highest premium scrap mining bonus, but because they haven't changed the sellpoints that is kind of pointless.

DSE now has the same premium scrap bonus as Junkers, and the same regular scrap bonus as ALG, in addition to three viable bonuses on regular ores.

I can only assume this is an oversight, a cruel joke, or something that will change soon.
I would wait until there's a 4.88 mining feedback / bug reports thread.
