I want only an admin/dev to respond here! (And a Zoner player who wants to help me)
Right so I logged onto my Order Primary Scout (Order|-Xana.01) who is in Omega-3. I wanted to see if my rep was still changeable (not to Zoners, but to IMG rather seeing as its the only safe haven out in Omega-3).
Anyways I ran into 5 Zoner NPC's: 1 Dromdaries, 2 Osprays and 2 Kingfishers. Seeing as they were hostile, I wanted to test the rephack I bought to IMG. So I managed to shoot all 5 of them down and bring the pilots in and I was happy to see that the rephack still held (IMG one)
However then I noticed that my Order rep itself had dropped by half a bar. I docked and it went full again and thought it was just some bug or something from the IMG rephack, so I tried again, this time shooting down 2 kingfishers and their dromdary freighter, same thing had happened, my Order rep dropped by 1/3 a bar.
Not sure if this is a bug or if the admins are still working out the rephack thing but it would be nice for me to say something before Order indies start going off and begin blasting Order (We all know indies, some will jump the gun with this) and then they find themselves unable to dock on Order bases due to some radical blasting.
Also I'm not sure if this is the same on the Zoner side, but if someone could check for me, it might be just the rephack thing is having a hayday now for us or something else, not really sure.

I think you meant to say "begin blasting Zoners" there. But it does sound like the hard-coded direct relationship between Order and Zoner rep gains/loses is still in place from what you are saying. That should probably be fixed if the admins plan on keeping the recent change in place.
Probably an issue related to empathy settings. I'll see if I can adress it right now to have it included in the next update.
Basically the reputation loss/gain from shooting other ships still sees Order and Zoners as allies. Obviously factions won't like you shooting their allies. We also have a dedicated thread for bug reports.
//edit Adjusted for the next update. Order reputation will slightly go up when destroying Zoners and vice versa, in accordance to the recent decisions taken.
