In Lyth's defense, in the topic discussing shooting POBs was more about whether someone can be sanction about it. Lyth never said their can't be inRP consequences of it happening... I mean lolcore so bad

I'd congratulate the pirate: he was using his head in order to corner his prey.
Looking at it from other angles, I found this extremely useful for stopping 'crimminals' when I'm on my lawfuls if they try to dock on a POB whilst I'm in pursuit.

Again I don't see anywhere he seemed to mention inRP consequences. I am not the biggest fan of Core but right now you are just looking for excuses to be mad. Also the Sairs action did violate laws declared by the CoF about NFZ in that system.

As the laws stand the Corsairs were in the right (except for the indie battleship), they might need to be amended to make engaging other vessels outside of the classes stated against the laws but under gunship class can at present freely engage other vessels.
