Today I patrolled both the Hamburg system and New Berlin systems five times, visiting jump gate hotspots as well as responding to a number of distress calls by Darkswith.
Upon scanning cargo of random passing traders I noticed that they were carring cargo and objects illegal within our borders, upon finding this the ships quickly returned through the gate to neutral space were I couldn't pusure and fine them.
Therefore, in order to combat this sudden rise and to prevent possible traders being hired to spy and/or escort wanted hostiles, I recommend that the High Command discuss increasing patrols or stationing capitol ships near our border entrances.
