I'd just like to understand better how docking modules work since i had some difficulties with them. For example i got someone to dock on me and log off and i told them i'd take them home. I dock later and log off but then later the player logs in and spawns 100k above where he was before? Why not right beside the base?
Another thing is that can I have docked in me more than 1 snub but only 1 can be logged in? Can I have like 5 characters in a shared account docked in 1 docking bay as a spawn point and depending on what I need the other dude takes it out?
What are the commands for it too? Can't find the list.
To prevent infinite jump sequence, Docking modules have been changed and only carries ships as long as "carrier' is logged. During log off of "carrier", the docked ships are jettisoned.

When a player docks they are moved to a "base" 100k above where they were, They can log out and their ships will still be "inside" your ship but if you dock or log out they will be returned to that "base". So if you have people docked with you don't dock or log out or you lose them. If you are transporting some they have to log back in and undock with you in order to record that they moved. Disco only seems to record where the snub docks and undocks not where the carrying ship takes it.

I tested it not long ago only one ship per docking module.
