Subject: Junction wreck, Kansas system

To Whom it May Concern:

I have recently been investigating the Junction wreck in the Kansas system with a mind toward salvaging and refurbishment for use as an international research station. It is my intention that the base be a neutral station for research and development focused on stellar phenomenon related to power production.

I contacted a member of your organization who called himself LR-The.Delivery.Man and he indicated that he would forward my request to discuss my project with the Rogue High Command.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances on my part, I have not been available to be contacted since our discussion. As a result, I am using the internal network at Buffalo to write this message. I hope to reach an accord with you regarding my plan.

I look forward to your response. Thank you for your time in addressing this matter.

Sincerely,

/signed/
Charles Alestone
