Gallic TGLAGSNET

Alright, so I went to make myself a GRP char and I've noticed something rather odd.

The image was taken while in Picardy, now my question is - In what universe the gallic TGLAGSNET is not OP
Coz being able to scan people that are on the other side of Sirius is a bit too much.

Edit: I've been told that even the BPA and RH police are not able to scan omegas, correct?
If so, that makes it even more OP.

Nope, it shouldn't be able for Police IDs to monitor non-House core space. That's a bug.
