To all traders entering the New Berlin system,
The Rheinland military currently advises you all to land ASAP. A Liberty gunboat by the name Apophis has begun openly attacking and destroying civilian and military patrols. Already five Rhienland cruisers have been destroyed along with a number of Republican tansports.
The liberty gunboat has thus far eluded capture/destruction and has remained in the New Berlin system for almost two hours.
Until this situation has been resolved, we advise that you land or leave the system.
