Player base construction materials in 4.8.8.1 ?

Greetings everyone!

I would be really thankful if somebody could share the actual materials and their quantity needed for building a Player Owned base in the current version 4.8.8.1.
After reading the Angel's guide on Player Owned Bases i get to find that i could not find High Perfomance Alloy anywhere.
Please help.
