In accordance with the Council's Order ?-73, all valid Maltese Familial entities that wish to be recognized by the Crimson Council are to submit for registry on this board. Said Familias represent the interests and efforts of their vassal families and associated members, and fully registered and recognized entities will have priority speaking privileges and say on matters brought forth to the Council.

Until such a time that Order ?-73's decree is overturned or expired, Familias pledged or in service to the Crimson Cross are presently the only recognized entities. Non-Maltese entities that wish for a direct audience with the members of the Crimson Council must contact a registered Familia in order to arrange a hearing as a proxy party.

The classifications are as follows:

Casa di (house name)

A leading familial house or Maltese organization, Casa are the largest and most powerful groups on Malta. These are comprised of several Famigila banded together for a common goal. ( // These entities are unofficial factions, or future official Factions that seek the assistance of or conference with the Crimson Cross)

Famiglia (family name)

Smaller families that hold power over their immediate members and property. These fall into service of the larger Casa of Malta. ( // Independent or untagged vessels fall under this classification.)

Full registration and disclosure of this page will be made available upon full enactment of Order ?-73.


You SHOULD apply if you:
- Have a major RP tied to the Outcasts
- Lead an Outcast faction
- Have an SRP tied to the Outcasts
- Are the leader of a faction CLOSELY affiliated with the Outcasts (GC, Rogues, Hackers, Junkers, etc)

You SHOULD NOT apply if you:
- Merely log Outcasts occasionally
- With a faction that does not have CLOSE affiliation with the Outcasts

This is essentially a forum-based application process and info sheet for some of the major players within Maltese society to get into what's being called the Nacion's Leaders chat. This is essentially meant to be a place where major Outcast players can have a voice in Outcast related issues, and a place to discuss ideas for Outcasts as a whole. Scourge and the Cross HC will be running the chat, and will be listening to the suggestions and feedback. Ideas will be considered and, if they gain enough traction, will be put into place by Cross leadership Cross members above certain ranks can also apply with a Famiglia entity (AKA your character's family) to offer suggestions as well.

What YOUR post should include

1. An image or logo pertaining to your group
   
2. Your group's name under the two categories listed above
   
3. A basic summary of your group's history and current info pertaining to their relevance to Malta. Details are nice, but this is only so Cross Leadership knows who you are and why we should listen.
