Short bio:
Enrico was born on Planet Marne, in the system Champaign, in Galic space. The first 9 year he spent in an orphanage in the capital of the Planet. His mother was found on the board of an outcast slaver ship (OPL Aurora, Prison Liner) recovered by a recon patrol squad in the very edge of the Bretonian house space. Probably the liner was damaged by house police after a long chase. The women died during the birth, her identity remained unclarified (the lastname of her child came from a brand name which belongs to the manufacturer of the medical bay in which the mother was found and by which she had been saved, the firstname he has received from the mother according to the relation of the rescue team). The other four survivor died as well on the way back to Galic space, before the chance of interrogation. Great relief was, that the newborn baby hasn't shown the marks of cardemine dependency, nor the mother was dipendent by the venom.
The 9 year old boy was adopted by Marie-Claire Belanger and Jacques Antoine Belanger. The foster-father is retired from the service of The Council. He was occupied as chief hangar maintenance officer, always loyal and without political ambitions within the organisation. The foster-mother died when Enrico was 16 year old, after 3 year of illness in sick-bed. By occupation, she was school-teacher.
Enrico's behavior showed always the signs of rebel demeanor, still in few area of the life he remained disciplined. One of these is the piloting and providence of any kind of space vehicle, which probably origins from the cure of his foster-father. Against the insurrectionist nature, he was smart enough to remain behind the curtain, never raised public world against the Crown, but he began to cooperate with the Council as field expert (repairs of heavy fighters) and supplier of parts from his 19th year.
The single worry about Enrico is the interest about the outcast culture and language on which he made numerous researches. We are uncertain though what would be the nature of this attention.
In the year (end of it) 817 A.S. he moved to the Perpignan Freeport, in the Roussillon system to continue his expanding activity as repairman, to keep up the maintenance of the visiting small ships belonging to The Council and also to partecipate in the continuous repairs of the station itself as pilot. Later, from 820 A.S. he became escort pilot and responsible for the security of the repairing drones around the freeport. Meanwhile he was separated from his foster-father, they remained in touch till the begining of 821 A.S, when the calls stoped. Probably in the background there is a personal quarrel of unknown nature.
