Hello! Can an Outcast IFF have a Pirate ID ? Thanks.

In short, yes. It shows that they are a pirate that's affiliated with the Outcasts, but who isn't actually one.

Look at the line, in which "affiliation" means "IFF".

It's okay within rules. There's no fixed IFF for pirate ID (thank God, this is the only advantage of being the unaffiliated pirate) because of the way ID is constructed. I think "affiliation" line should be updated with "(which means: IFF)" right after that word.
