This is detailed the procedure for obtaining permission for an Outcast Capital Ship. In all circumstances the Capital Ship should not be purchased until registration is complete.
Registered capital ships have the right to add a MNS prefix to their ships name, as well as requesting help from all official outcast faction.
Unregistered ships will not receive help from official outcast factions.

[color=#FF9900]Roleplay Requirements
A solid Roleplay for an Outcast Capital Ship should include all of the following:
Logical deployment: That is to say, no generic plot-device deployments to Nomad space (not that you should be there anyways; a good Outcast never intrudes upon the Land of the Dead) or raiding New Berlin.
An acceptable interpretation of the Outcast military structure: That is to say, the Military is a separate and independent entity from the Dons and Cardamine plantations, and that the 101st, as the commander of Corsica Military Headquarters, has final say in most matters, particularly regarding capital ships, which only Corsica has the ability to produce and launch (see below).
Capital Ships (Destroyers, Battleships and Dreadnoughts) cannot land on a planet; they must moor via the mooring fixture.
'Admiral' is not a suitable title for the captain of a single ship. 'Captain', 'Commander', or, if you must command a whole bloody Battlegroup 'Commodore' should be used.
There are instances where, by some misfortune, a captain and his crew may become mentally deranged. These ships comm systems will frequently emit 'OoRP' transmissions and exhibit behavior illegal both under Maltese and Server-Universal law.
Repeated offenses by the captains will not be tolerated, and further measures will be taken. Their case will be reviewed and their command over capital ships questioned. Council of Dons will take actions against said captains and their ships will be decommissioned.

Fernando Halsey was born on Malta. His father was a famous corsair killer. The corsair set a trap for him in Omicron Eta. They managed to disable his engines and left Fernando Halsey`s father drifting in space. The sabre was returned to malta and young Fernando repaired it. Four years of fighting corsairs, Halsey decided to move on, so he got himself a RM-1 Outcast Destroyer.

Halsey here, I`ve finaly taken out my Destroyer out of Omicron Alpha. A smuggler contacted me and asked for help in Sigma-13, seems that there is a Hunter there. The smuggler told me that the hunter has a Gunboat.

As soon I entered Sigma-13 the hunter engaged me. It was a short fight and the scum tried to escape but he had no luck. His ship was blown to dust.

Good that in the last moment I managed to shoot the second of the three bombers.

Repairs finished just in time. Long range scanners detected high corsair activity near Palermo Base, Omicron Eta.

After a long battle five corsair ship were destroyed, but two outcast Sabre disabled too, escape pods tractored.

The RM-1 was destroyed, Halsey`s escape pod was drifting in Omicron Alpha, until the Outcast known as Black Spirit came and tractored it. The corsair were soon destroyed by Outcast forces.

Second Lieutenant Santos Rivera, born on Malta, former Falcata pilot. His parents are well known smuglers, but he choose to fight corsairs. Santos was in my wing for many years, and he saved my life many times,so I think he would take care of the Battleship as good as me.
Navigator: Maximo Estavez, also knows as Pathfinder, born on Cali, he was escorting smugglers for 10 years. He knows almost every system in Sirius sector like the five fingers of his hand. He was the Navigator of my destroyer too, and he was the reason of me and my crew not getting lost.
Chief-Engineer: Carlos Rosario.Carlos was born on the Dreadnought Captana, his father was the Chief Engineer of the Captana. Carlos followed his father`s steps and become an Engineer himself. He has been engineer on many other Outcast capital ships ,so I believe he will do his job good.
Weapons Officer: Tiesto Rivera. Tiesto, brother of Santos Rivera, former Destroyer captain. Tiesto joined the Military after his Pirate Train was blown to dust by a group of GMGs near Ruiz. He used his remaining money and got him self a Destroyer, so he can revenge the miners. He fought GMG for 3 years, but miners and hunters managed to blow his RM 1.He escaped with one of the Sabres onboard the Destroyer.

Since I own an Outcast Destroyer called the Drax (Liberty Rogue Guard tag and Liberty Rogue ID), I thought i'd better post here again. I did have it registered when Eppy did his list, but eh, doesn't hurt to redo it. Anyway, the destroyer is called "Drax".

As you may or may not be aware of since the relocation of the registration servers (//Switched to a new thread//) The first ship to bear the name Rotarin was lost during an engagement defending Malta from the Corsairs. Being a ship not financed by the military my surviving crew and I lacked the resources at the time to have her rebuilt. However after six long, stressful months of Cardimine sumggling and tarde interdiction we have managed to place an order for the construction on the Rotarin_ll. The ship construction was completed late last week, and is currently undergoing field trials. She is expected to be at 100% by the end of the week, and back on patrol as soon as the full crew compliment is transferred early next week. As always our duties will fall to Malta and the support of the ranking military orginizations the 101st, RoS and SoB. I will attach a manifest of my command staff to this message. Early Life:
Jose Munoz was born on Malta in the Omircron alpha system. There he lived among the locals and spent many of his early years working in the docking bay, repairing and modifiying ships. This left him with much more technical experience in the many ship types that frequent the Omicrons than anyone else his age. He built up a reputation as a sort of master of modification and pilots from all Outcast regions often came to him for special technical customizations or repairs.
Though he rarely drank, Munoz spent much of his off-time in bars of Ibiza, listening in on the various people that came through who passed rumors to each other. It is around this time we believe he quit his regular job in the docking bay, possibly to investigate the overheard rumors independently.
Munoz spent most of his time exploring the uncharted regions of space as a modern day frontiersman. Many unconfirmed rumors and speculation surround him and his rugged ship. Some say that he's managed to convert his ship, the Atomsk, into a completely self-sufficient explorer ship, capable of replinishing its own oxygen/ration supplies in any environment. Others are convinced that he has actually become involved with an unknown or even alien organization based in the uncharted regions of space, though he has recently tested negative for any Nomad infections, so his involvement with a hostile alien race is highly unlikely. After years of exploring Munoz eventually got bored and headed home, He worked for a decade as an outcast squadron commander, being really adriot in flying and in time was promoted to Captian. He was offered a ship, but he turned it down and started to build his own cruiser, after half a year the Destroyer was complete and now he awaits registration for the "Infanta Isabel"
Although I am currently unable to be on Disco on a regular basis, I do possess a RM1-Destroyer aquired approximately 8 months ago. At that time I was unaware of any serious ship restrictions or the registration. Currently still out at work with irregular internet access, but I expect to have regular access by the end of november when I go home again.
Current character affiliation is with the GC with a alternate (the owner of the destroyer currently)

Alvaro Fons was born in 227 AS on board "The Last of Valour" pirate transport amidst containers of MOX Smuggled from Bretonian territories. At the age of 10 Alvaro replaced his father as pilot of The Last of Valour, committing all the back routes to memory from one end of siruis to the other.
Upon the death of his father in 241 AS Alfonso joined the Matla Defence force with his own scimitar light fighter, purchased for him by his father a week before his death.
Alvaro quickly outshone the rest of his fighter wing swatting away the Bouty Hunter Regulars like flies.
He quickly advanced in rank and was sent in command of three attack wings on raids against the Gas miners Guild and the Independant Miners Guild transports and installations. After weeks of raids with minimal losses to the attack squadrons Alvaro was recalled for special assignment from the High Council.
Upon completion of the special assignment Alvaro returned to alpha and is awaiting his next command.
