Current policies for RepEx personal.
1. Every new employee may receive a starting loan for the purchase of a Behemoth-class transport.
2. The Board of Directors wishes to ensure the safety of it’s ships and employees, therefore it is advisable to pay off a pirate if you are caught by them, we can always have them hunted down and killed later, but YOU are an invaluable resource not as easily replaced as your ship.
3. If you are caught by local authorities with contraband the Board of Directors will deny giving you permission and will impose a heavy fine on you, the second time it happens you will be dismissed from the company. Do not get caught.
4. Hiring an escort is advisable, Republican Express would rather pay 4 million to an escort then 2 million to a pirate.
5. Try to form convoys even with non RepEx shippers, a single shipping vessel can't hold off a pirate, 3 can.
6. Please try to make at least 1 report per month to the Board of Directors (message dump) stating how your ship is running and any relevant information such as trusted escorts, pirate ambush spots, new trade routes, ect.
7. If you recruit someone to our company then we will net you a 5 million credit bonus. Helping new employees get their new ship and helping them with their paperwork (tag and ID) gets you a 5 million credit bonus. The new recruit must mention you in their application, and you must mention them in a message dump post.
