An interesting argument, and a true one too. Even though our supplies are short, there is a reasonable number of missile turrets in the storage bays left over from the last production batch. Seeing how you offer to... agitate a potential enemy of our Fatherland, I am willing to send out a transport within the next few days, on a date of your choosing. We can arrange for the payment once my representative meets with you on location... Dawson Base was it?
I have one more condition however: I will entrust you not to spread these weapons into the wrong hands. Rumours are there has been a crew of scrappers bolting off equipment off of wrecks in the Omega systems. If you happen to come upon any of these stolen Hessian missile turrets in Liberty, you can deal with it yourself, or you can send the delinquent to our hatchets and we will take the turret back by force. I don't want to see our guns used... inappropriately.

I shall deal with the most important aspect of this deal first. The proliferation of your arms will not occur under my watch and vessels found to have procured such items without permissions will be treated as suggested. Whilst my bombers are not the best they sure do pack a punch in a swarm.
