After considering his options for a few moments, Deputy Colin Sinclair gives up on attempting to resist the temptation to recycle his response to last year's roll call. He's pretty sure that he may even have the original lying around somewhere! Colin hums to himself as he heads off rifle through the first of many stacks of "archived" paperwork on his desk, well satisfied with his quick and... let's say "perfectly adequate" solution to the first problem of the day.

Just as he's about to hit the "Send" key, however, he notices that the paperpushers down in HR have changed the good old Form No. #0000058291 since last year! Ah, damn. So much for that, you think.

Well; Colin's not one to give up easily once he's set his mind to something, and hastily begins scribbling a few additions and corrections here and there on the form after some half-hearted attempts at "working out" some of the more obvious late-night coffee stains. You suppose the resulting holes at least help somewhat in disguising the coffee stains on merit of them not actually being attached to the rest of the form any more, for all that counts.
