Is this true? If so, should there not be an announcement that new ones are needed? Not saying that I should be a dev, I lack the skill, the interest and especially the nerves, but I can ask this question.
I can also give a few possibly useful advices about cap balance, which I'm already working on with Tachyon.

It was removed once the recruitment process finished.

True, Disco as a mod is lacking Devs. Many are gone, and many are busy with other games (Dota), while the others who are still working on the mod are probably slowed down by the decrease in manpower.
I would apply for someone who corrects the info-cards, because I've met MANY gramatical errors in there, such as misusage of 'then' and 'than'. Not to mention some obsolete system infocards that lead into at least two sanctions. (Yes, I'm looking at you - Nagano).
My job would be:
- Correcting the gramatical errors inside the infocards.
- Reviewing COMPLETELY in-game system infocards in order to make them not conflicting with forum listing.
My (possible) secondary objective:
- Rewriting some ID infocards in order to make them more clear.

Nagano hasn't been changed into Kusari for at least two years. Just saying. I'd would propose to revise the system listing. As far as I remember, while in game "Gallic Borderworlds" do exist, it is not pointed out in the actual rules in here. While there is a certain ID (can't recall which one) which clearly states that player has Gallic Borderworlds as a ZOI.
