Greetings everyone, Kai Richter here, chief of security.

Recent developments necessitate increased Epsilon wing security operations in Frankfurt.
As you should be aware of, we have a neutrality agreement with the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee or VWA, the largest subfaction of the Bundschuh political movement.

It is our intention to increase cooperation on security matters with the VWA. As we are told, the situation in Frankfurt is currently dire, with frequent raids by Corsairs, Unioners and even infected agents and Nomads.
These potential targets are mutual enemies of the Republic of Rheinland and the VWA and are therefor to be engaged and destroyed by Epsilon wing when possible.
The Schneesturm, flagship of the security division, is stationed on Holstein and will assist in this endeavor whenever necessary.

This security directive is therefor as follows:

- Increase presence in Frankfurt
Patrols are to be held more frequently, particularly in the Holstein area.
Do not approach Bruchsal unless pursuing a hostile or invited by the VWA. Do not dock at Bruchsal unless permitted to by the VWA.
Do not enter the Westerwald nebula. It is a restricted area.

- Support the VWA against common enemies
Assist the VWA when under attack by Corsairs, Unioners, alien entities or other criminal elements.
Do not attack Red Hessians unless they are threatening civilians or the VWA.
Needless to say you are not to assist VWA against any lawful entity.
