preference: lawful or unlawful

Looks like this is turning into a series. And I can only blame myself. I like to collect and analyse data. Seeing as how expansive Discovery is and the sheer number of community members, there are some interesting polls to me made.

So today!

So do you prefer playing and RP'ing lawfull or unlawful characters?
Are you a law-binding citizen, protecting the innocent in the name or law and order. A peaceful trader, trying to make a living in the vast space.

Or you are the biggest scum in this side of the galaxy. With a itchy trigger finger, sailor's mouth and a stock load of cardamine.

I'm leaving out quasi-lawfuls, freelancer, AI and nomads for this poll. To avoid confusion, anything that's not a pirate, terrorist or smuggler is a unlawfull.

For me, I prefer the dark side. Pirate RP is always fun for me. Trying to rob traders while staying one step ahead of the law can be very tense.

Ye, Quasi-Lawful or roleplay that borders towards it is the best. Lawful and unlawful can be too restricting imo.

I agree that the poll is limiting and that quasi-lawfuls are fun.
However I want to see if the community prefers "good" or "bad".
Quasi-lawful is kinda both of those so it doesn't have a place here.

If you really prefer quasi-lawful, just pick your second favourite.

In ID terms at least, lawful and unlawful does not necessarily mean bad however. For example the council ID is unlawful but the objectives and ideals of the faction regarding if they're good or not can be debated (Sirius would argue that they're good).

The only reason I chose lawfuls is because it is easier to use the lanes and gates, also without being bothered by annoying base turret fire at every stop.

I think it's a very legit reason for people who get bored really fast like me.
