Problem with premium scrap mining

I have an ALG Golem and ALG ID, as well as full green, flashing reputation with ALG. However, when I try to mine premium scrap in Texas or Hudson I get on average 0.5 premium scrap per "rock" destroyed.

Just to make it clear, I am using heavy mining arrays. What am I doing wrong?

The golem doesn't benefit from the mining bonus anymore.
