New Red Hessian Army Leader

Hello,
after some discussions in the RHA highcommand we found a new leader for RHA.
Our new Leader is Samuel Samuels.

The reason, its easy, aerelm leaved RHA, after this we had a long time no leader.

Well, admins please edit the Official Faction Leader List and add Samuel Samuels to the new Leader.
